Welcome to The College of Professional Psychology
The College of Professional Psychology was established in 1993. For more than 30 years, we have been providing comprehensive programs that bridge the gap between tertiary studies and a career as a registered psychologist.
Our mission is to make a positive contribution to the mental well-being of the wider community by expanding the competencies and practical experience of psychology graduates, registered psychologists, and other mental health stakeholders.
We achieve this by delivering Australia’s most comprehensive psychology registration programs. Our curriculum is innovative and current, meeting and exceeding the Psychology Board of Australia’s (PsyBA) core competencies, with a strong focus on practice readiness to support your early career in the profession.
We also support provisional psychologists completing higher degrees while working in psychological practice, as well as psychologists transitioning from overseas qualifications to general registration in Australia.
